Due to nature of products, orders cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.There are absolutely no refunds allowed. Please contact customer service or any concerns about your order at ShopShayLondon@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed between 24-48 hours prior to shipping..

Custom Units require 7-10 busines days to be shipped out. All products require 3-5 business days to be shipped out.

Shipments will arrive within 3-5 business days upon being shipped. You can track your package with USPS with the tracking number provided to you. Please note: Once shipments are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your items. We are also not liable for any mishaps and returns due to incorrect addresses provided, or missing apartment numbers.
